During her time with Gilliam IP, she has become well versed in file creation and docket maintenance for matters from filing to patent issuance. She never gets frustrated with PAIR, EFS-Web, or any of the web-fillable forms that seem to only become unavailable on a Friday evening when a practitioner has procrastinated. Judy creates and maintains process lists that are important in avoiding mistakes and helpful in training. She plays a vital role in our firm, managing day to day administrative responsibilities so the legal team can devote their time to our clients and practicing IP law. Prior to becoming a paralegal, Judy managed a veterinary practice where she was responsible for driving business results, developing associates, fostering an engaging team environment and ensuring that clients and patients had a positive experience.
