Katherine (“Katie”) currently is a USPTO registered patent agent. At Vanderbilt, Katie’s studies in computer science focused on artificial intelligence and machine learning. She also gained exposure to genomic technologies in her coursework in biological sciences. Katie has experience writing about technical subjects ranging from supervised machine learning to computational analysis of nematode genome evolution and brings her diverse academic background to patent work.
